Appointment Cancellation Policy

We respect the time of our clients and specialists. Therefore, the following rules apply:

• You can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date.

• In the event of cancellation of an appointment after this date or failure to show up for an appointment, the salon reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the applicable booking rules.

• Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a shorter service time or the need to reschedule your appointment.

• In case of unexpected events, please contact us – we consider each situation individually.
